TS408 is not able to be updated thru Maxi PC Suite

    Hello, 
    I have installed the Maxi PC Suite previously and now the TS408 is not recognized by the computer thru USB 
    It is windows 10 and for that reason, I am not able to update the TS408... I can not find any reference to this model...
    Your help is appreciated
